There are clear steps and benchmarks in sales.  Teaching new sales people in what those are and how those are excellently done in your company can make a huge difference in their success.  Examples can be topics like:  What distinguishes us?  Who is our target market?  What script do I use and when?  What needs to be consistent in our CRM?  We can help design that process and/or we can do the training.

And...for those more seasoned salespeople, there are always things to improve upon:  Benchmark review, working on areas that stall or slow down, working on ways to keep up energy and consistency, etc.
